EuroBadge Co. (Ad Fortem) is the controller of personal data processed via https://eurobadgedesign.shop. We process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).
1. Data we collect
Contact and quote forms: name, email, phone (optional), company, message and any attachments you provide.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited and timestamps — logged for security and to operate the site.

2. Purposes and legal basis
Answering your quote/contact requests and managing the customer relationship — performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Invoicing and bookkeeping — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).
Site security, fraud prevention and basic analytics — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
Direct marketing to existing customers about similar products — legitimate interest with opt-out; for prospects only with consent (Art. 6.1.a).
3. Recipients
Hosting and email processors acting on our behalf (data processors under Art. 28 GDPR).
Payment, accounting and shipping partners strictly for executing your order.
We do not sell personal data.
4. International transfers
Where a processor is located outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Quote requests without follow-up: up to 12 months.
Customer and invoice data: 7 years (Belgian accounting law).
Marketing data: until you object or after 3 years of inactivity.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (TLS, access control, hardened hosting). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version.
